Sandra Morris

Sandra grew up in the Waikato. She graduated from Elam School of Fine Arts (Auckland) with an MFA and then a Post Graduate Diploma in Plant and Wildlife illustration at the University of Newcastle, NSW.

Sandra's passion is focussed on the environment and she loves writing about and illustrating plants and animals, both in New Zealand and overseas. Her award winning books have been published by many NZ publishers and by Walker Books Australia and Candlewick (US).
